Traci is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational leadership, and continued growth of the company.

Roxie is primarily responsible for the company’s financial stewardship, including oversight of budgeting, financial planning, financial reporting, and internal fiscal controls. She also supports the executive leadership team by participating in operational decision-making.
