Trojan Specialty Products, announces updates to its executive leadership structure.

Pat Beck has transitioned from President to Chief Consulting Officer. In this role, he will provide historical insight on products, processes, and operations, and remain available in an advisory capacity as needed.

Traci Beck, Co-Owner, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, formally recognizing the leadership role she has held over the past three years following Pat Beck’s partial retirement. In this position, she is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational leadership, and continued growth of the company.

Roxie Beck continues in her longstanding role as Co-Owner, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer. She is primarily responsible for the company’s financial stewardship, including oversight of budgeting, financial planning, financial reporting, and internal fiscal controls. She also supports the executive leadership team by participating in operational decision-making.
